Our Team
lic. iur. Christian Alexander Gärtner
Attorney Gärtner is the managing director and owner of GARTNER Law & Consulting. Gärtner completed his law studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. He has been advising and representing his local and international clients for more than 30 years. Gärtner speaks German and English. Pursuant to Art. 28 BGFA, he is registered in the public register of EU lawyers who are permanently allowed to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland under their original professional title.
lic. iur. Andreea Ioana Nechiti
Andreea Nechiti is the partner in charge of the European Law Department. She holds a law degree from the University of Cluj. Andreea commutes between Switzerland and Eastern Europe. She has her home base in Cluj-Napoca, from where she also represents our interests in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova, and represents our clients in this region. Andreea is particularly skilled in real estate and property matters.
Andreea is also responsible for all gender equality issues in our firm. Compliance, risk analysis, gender issues, ethics in the business environment and a general code of conduct knowledge are also part of Andreea's services. Especially in these areas, Andreea is the guarantor that corruption and discrimination do not become an issue for our clients. Insurance law and liability cases round off Andreea's activities.
Andreea provides legal services to two animal shelters in Romania on a pro bono basis and is a member of an organization that is going against the illegal trade of animals in Eastern Europe.
Tamas Pataki
Tamas Pataki holds a degree in Economics from Budapest Business School. He is located in Budapest, being in charge of customer service and global business development after spending 10 years as a business development manager in the field of international freight forwarding. His well-established global partner network helps us provide our clients with up-to-date business information & opportunities worldwide.
